Heavy-Duty Shop Tables

Vo-Tech Heavy-Duty Shop Tables are engineered to support the assembly, disassembly, and repair of large industrial components — valves, pumps, motors, and similar equipment. Designed for demanding shop, manufacturing, and maintenance environments, each unit delivers a stable, durable work surface paired with high-capacity drawer storage to keep tooling, holders, collets, gauges, fixtures, and machine attachments organized and accessible.

A replaceable Lexan® liner protects the work surface during heavy use and maintains a clean, professional appearance. When wear becomes apparent, the liner can be quickly swapped to restore the table to like-new condition without taking the unit out of service.

Facility Service Cart

The Vo-Tech Facility Service Cart is heavy-duty mobile storage built for the demands of an industrial floor. Engineered for facilities maintenance, MRO, plant service, and tool-crib operations, the cart consolidates nine industrial-grade storage bins, an integrated hose reel, and a spool rod for cable or rope into a single rolling platform — keeping consumables, tooling, and service media organized and at the technician’s reach.

A powder-coated steel frame, four locking swivel casters with directional and brake locks, and dual end-mounted handles deliver stable mobility and confident positioning under full load. Bins lift out individually for benchtop or station use, allowing the cart to serve as both transport and on-site staging.

Swivel Mount Pole System

The Vo-Tech Swivel Mount Pole System (SMPS) is a rugged, extendable mount engineered to support cameras, antennas, monitors, and instrumentation in demanding indoor, outdoor, and saltwater environments. An adjustable boom extends from 8.5 to 12.5 feet and supports payloads up to 50 lb, allowing the same platform to serve a range of mounting and reach requirements from a single fixed base.

Powder-coated steel construction, stainless steel hardware throughout, and a tensioned stainless cable-stay system deliver stability and corrosion resistance in harsh service. An integrated waterproof CAT6 connection at the base provides clean, weather-protected device communication for IP cameras, network antennas, and connected instrumentation — eliminating exposed cable runs at the mounting point.

Industrial Modular Mast System

The Vo-Tech Industrial Modular Mast System (IMMS) is a fully configurable mounting solution engineered to support cameras, antennas, monitors, and instrumentation across industrial deployments. A modular component set — mast extensions in a range of lengths paired with 45° pivoting connectors — allows assemblies to be configured for an unusually wide range of geometries, reach requirements, and payload positions from a common parts kit.

Constructed from anodized aluminum throughout, the IMMS pairs corrosion resistance and a clean industrial finish with low installed weight. Vo-Tech engineering support is available to specify the right combination of components for a given application — whether the deployment is a single overhead camera mount, a multi-jointed antenna assembly, or a workstation-integrated instrument arm.

Shop Service Cart

The Vo-Tech Shop Service Cart is a heavy-duty mobile organization system delivering 90 storage bins across five sizes on a single rolling platform. Engineered for tool rooms, MRO operations, and shop-floor staging, the cart consolidates fasteners, parts, and consumables into a compact footprint that moves cleanly through tight aisles and work cells.

A welded steel frame with powder-coated finish carries a 1,200 lb total load capacity and rolls on four heavy-duty swiveling casters with a locking front pair. An ergonomic push handle with rubber grip supports controlled positioning under full load, and high-impact polypropylene bins lift out individually for benchtop or workstation use — letting the cart serve as both transport and on-site staging.

Radio Belt Holder

The Vo-Tech UV-1G Radio Holder is a custom-fit, fiber-reinforced case engineered to keep the R.A.D. UV-1G analog radio secure and accessible in demanding industrial environments. 3D printed from Markforged Onyx — a chopped carbon fiber nylon — the holder pairs structural rigidity and impact resistance with a precise, radio-specific fit that conventional universal holsters cannot match.

The holder is currently deployed in nuclear power plants, stadiums, and industrial facilities where reliable, interference-free radio communication is mission-critical. Optional continuous fiber reinforcement in either Carbon Fiber or Kevlar is available for the most demanding service profiles, where additional stiffness or impact tolerance is required beyond the standard Onyx build.

V-Block Rollers

The Vo-Tech V-Block Rollers are a patent-pending, multi-use precision system for checking runout on shafts and cylindrical components. Engineered for quality control, inspection, mechanical assembly, and precision measurement work, the system delivers accuracy of better than ±0.0002″ T.I.R. on roller attachments while supporting components from 1/8″ to 12″ in diameter and loads up to 5,000 lb.

Interchangeable attachments — heavy- and light-duty roller bearings, bronze and Delrin V-blocks, and indicator holders — let a single base support a full range of inspection scenarios without re-tooling. Tool-free quick-change setup and adjustable leveling feet make the system equally usable on the bench, in a dedicated QC station, or on a shop floor that isn’t perfectly flat. Each set is compatible with Starrett and Interapid indicators and ships in a custom-fit foam-lined carrying case.

Custom Housings & Enclosures

Vo-Tech designs and manufactures custom housings and enclosures engineered to customer specification — from precision-machined billet aluminum housings for electronics and fluid handling to fabricated and powder-coated steel enclosures for motor controls, networking hardware, and industrial control assemblies. Every project moves through design, machining or fabrication, and finishing in-house at our Crystal Lake, Illinois facility.

Stud Removal Machine

The Vo-Tech Stud Removal Machine is a portable, precision tool engineered for on-site removal of broken, seized, or sheared studs without damaging the threaded hole. Used across nuclear, power generation, refining, and heavy industrial applications, the machine drills and bores studs out through controlled machining — recovering threaded holes that traditional extraction methods would damage or destroy.

Stud Hole Cleaning Machine

The Vo-Tech Stud Hole Cleaning Machine is a purpose-built tool for cleaning the threaded stud holes in reactor vessel head flanges during refueling outages. A rotating nylon brush head and integrated vacuum attachment remove dried anti-seize residue thoroughly while protecting thread geometry and capturing debris at the source — supporting reliable stud reinstallation and reducing contamination risk during reactor head reassembly.

Stud Lifting Wrench

The Vo-Tech Stud Lifting Wrench is a purpose-built mechanical lifting tool that safely raises reactor dome studs into their locking position during reactor head disassembly. Replacing manual lifting — historically a source of worker injuries and OSHA-recordable incidents — the tool provides a controlled, repeatable method for clearing the work area for reactor dome staging while protecting personnel from strain and impact injuries.
