Vo-Tech is a full-service original equipment and original design manufacturer of custom machines and components for the nuclear, industrial, and medical industries with high production volume capacities and fast turnaround rates.

Its 35,000 square foot facility is anchored on strong quality control processes and multiple inspection technologies including CMM to deliver the highest precision on all components, every time.

In addition to an investment in modern technology, Vo-Tech’s highly talented and specialized team of engineers and machinists are trained in today’s best practices and methods of design, prototyping, and production.

COMPANY HISTORY

1997

Humble Beginnings

Founded by Wojciech Furman to address needs in the nuclear power industry by providing field machining services to power generation plants across the country
2000

Evolution: OEM

As demand for automated maintenance increased, CNC machines were added and Vo-Tech evolved into a full service manufacturing machine shop
2005

Expansion: OEM + ODM

Vo-Tech moved into a 6,600 square foot facility that increased both the capability and capacity of production, expanding services to include original design work and assembly for non-nuclear industries
2009

New Developments

With an recently increased staff, Vo-Tech released the newly developed MSIV CNC Machining system to further support the nuclear power industry
2010

Further Expansion

Vo-Tech moved into a 13,800 square foot facility and conducted another round of hiring to improve efficiency and support growth
2016

Still Expanding!

Vo-Tech moved into a 35,000 square foot facility in Crystal Lake and hired specialized engineers to fully support the nuclear, industrial, and medical industries that require high volume production and fast turnaround rates
2017

Obtained ISO 9001:2005 Certification
